- AIK Group, Kassel, Germany: Initially worked as a speaker for the company owner. Later took on roles in sales and marketing management for individual AIK companies, focusing on the electronics, aerospace and defence industries
- Technolam GmbH, Troisdorf, Germany: Started in sales and marketing management, then served as managing director for 14 years and shareholder for 7 years as part of the company’s succession plan. Built the European sales business in the electronics industry with technically complex products. Established an exclusive collaboration with the world’s leading Taiwanese manufacturer of these products. Additionally, managed procurement and production.
- Consulting, Bonn, Germany: For the past five years, served as an independent consultant for the Taiwanese market leader to position and get approval for their technical products in Europe, with a focus on the telecommunications and automotive industries. Simultaneously held a temporary mandate from a stock listed company for the strategic realignment of sales as well as a mandate in an advisory board. Presenting at forums and events (EIPC, ZVEI, Bayern Innovative, etc.)
