Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only support complex negotiations and strategic initiatives?
When we talk about high-stakes negotiations, they usually affect areas that are strategically important for the business. These require collaboration, and a team-based approach will almost certainly be essential in such instances. The significance for you may be due to complexity, risk, need for innovation or future potential. This is where we can create the greatest value-add.
If you face a standard one-on-one negotiation, we are happy to refer you to a trusted negotiation coach or specialist who can provide tailored guidance. But our focus at Crowlight Partners is indeed in supporting companies in challenging situations where a team approach is appropriate.
What can you do that AI cannot?
Negotiations that are significant or complex require internal alignment. To achieve a level of constructive collaboration across different departments within your company you will need a skill set that includes establishing and managing a team, conflict resolution skills, coaching, leadership, facilitation and project management skills.
AI can be leveraged beyond data analysis, information retrieval and predictive modeling—it can be an immense help in understanding emotional dynamics and providing strategic insights. However, it cannot reconcile conflicting priorities within your organization. Can it bring opposing factions together, navigate delicate power dynamics, and build the trust required for genuine consensus?
At Crowlight Partners, we specialize in coordinating efforts on multiple levels to stage-manage your engagements within the context of a negotiation or strategic initiative. Achieving collaboration requires intense and sustained neergy; it involves forming a cohesive team, creating a focused mini-project and facilitating a dialogue-intensive series of planning workshops.
AI can help with phrasing and even reasoning; it cannot create cross-departmental alignment and ensure commitment in decision-making.

Is what you do the same as coaching?
The term coaching can be interpreted in many ways. At Crowlight Partners, we make a clear distinction: Coaching, as we define it, focuses on psychological and behavioral aspects, helping individuals develop their mindset and navigate internal challenges. It’s about unlocking potential on a personal level.
We have certified business coaches among our partners who provide this type of support when needed. However, in most cases, our work goes beyond individual development. We focus on consulting, which addresses team dynamics, collaboration, and strategic alignment. This involves guiding groups or entire organizations by providing structure and designing processes to optimize ways of working together in order to achieve superior negotiation outcomes and effective strategy execution.
In short, coaching at Crowlight Partners is about enhancing intra-individual mindsets, whereas our consulting approach emphasizes inter-individual collaboration. Depending on your needs, we blend both to provide comprehensive support that drives impactful results.
Are you really available 24/7?
We work with clients across different time zones, so we don’t limit our availability to fixed “opening hours.” You can reach us at any time via our telephone service, which operates 24/7. That said, when we are in client meetings or otherwise unavailable, our service will take your message, and we will return your call as soon as possible.
For clients working with us on a retainer basis, personal availability is a matter of mutual agreement, ensuring the right level of responsiveness for your specific needs.
Urgency matters, and we strive to be as responsive as possible while ensuring that every client gets our full attention when working with us.
Do you have an office?
We primarily meet clients at their premises or in other professional locations to stay close to their business realities. When not on-site, we work from home offices, allowing us to operate lean, keeping overhead costs low and staying highly responsive to our clients’ needs.
That said, we do have a dedicated workspace where our partners come together for strategy sessions and collaborative work. While it is not designed to serve as a client-facing office, it provides us with a central location for internal coordination and planning.
Our priority is being where we create the most value for our clients—whether that’s on-site with you or in a setting that best serves the engagement.
