A strategy is only as strong as the agreement behind it.
Boutique consultancy for leadership teams:
we create strategic room to move in business-critical situations,
from strategy and transformation to complex negotiations.
Define. Agree. Execute.
Why strategy, leadership and negotiation belong together
Strategy decides where value is created. Leadership aligns what a leader wants to achieve with the mandate and resources available, and with what the team and partners are able and willing to contribute. Both depend on agreements: upward for mandate and resources, across and downward for commitment, outward for terms with customers, suppliers and partners.
Strategy without agreement stays on paper. Agreement without strategy can take the business in the wrong direction. We work where the three meet.
Topics
Every engagement starts with a concrete situation. These are the ones we are called for most often.
Industries
Examples of how we work in specific industries. The situations that bring clients to us look alike across industries.
We also work with companies in telecoms, travel and transport, and industry and mechanical engineering, among others. Most of the situations we are called for are not specific to one industry. If yours is not listed here, start with the topics that sound familiar, or talk to us directly.

On board when the waters get rough
A pilot comes aboard when the passage gets difficult, navigates alongside the captain and leaves once the ship is through. We work the same way: as advisers at the side of those responsible, or as embedded partners who take on responsibility for delivery. The situation decides which.
Only senior partners work directly with clients. That limits our scale, but it keeps us close to the people who decide.

When you don't need us
If the problem is well known and a proven procedure will do, providers with templates and capacity will serve you better. We are there for situations that call for judgment or a new path.
Tell us what's at stake
Thirty minutes, no pitch. You describe the situation. We tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.
