Day 2 at #NBForum2025 was just as thought-provoking as the first!
Jonah Berger drew from his books Contagious and The Catalyst to show how ideas spread through social transmission, leading to real change.
Peter Hinssen swept me off my feet with his Never Normal presentation — complete with unicorns, dinosaurs, and phoenixes. A vivid reminder that in turbulent times, adaptability is the ultimate advantage.
Risto Siilasmaa introduced the idea of Strategic Agency: it’s not enough to spot patterns or anticipate trends. Leaders must also ACT (!) so the preferable future becomes the probable future.
April Rinne cut deep with a deceptively simple reminder: everyone is in a constant state of becoming. In a world in flux, this reflects a mindset that continually seeks possibility.
Diana Kander was simply fabulous, inspiring with personal stories of resilience and underscoring the truth: change is inevitable — growth is optional. She highlighted how resilience is not just for overcoming setbacks but also for sustaining success, by guarding against complacency and pushing beyond mere improvement toward reinvention.
She then sat down with Rick Rubin to elicit his take on creativity as the art of cutting through noise and listening intently to follow the guidance within.
Absolutely packed with wisdom — I’m leaving Helsinki with new ideas, sharpened perspectives, and a lot to reflect on!
